The 7-Day Reset is a digital video program delivered via instant online access. It is a wellness education program, not medical treatment.
Book a Consultation is a private 60-minute video call with Ramesh. After booking, you'll receive a calendar confirmation and video call link.
1:1 Health Coaching is an application-based program. Acceptance is not guaranteed. If accepted, program terms will be provided separately before payment.
